The 200,000 plus years human experiment on planet earth has a number of constants. We are born, we die and we live through a lifetime of challenges through our relationships with ourselves and with other people and constructs. There is also the possibility of not having to return. The Lighthouse of Morillon book decomposes a lifetime of personal experiences and learnings into 7 Lifepaths. It describes the 7 themes of one human life in a world of 7 billion human brains and 49 billion interconnected human Lifepaths.
A Lighthouse is always placed to shine light on dangerous dark rocks and current dangers. No Lighthouse has ever saved a ship by steering it away from danger. That is the job of each individual ship’s captain. The book uses the theme of the renovation of a beautiful farmhouse in a dreamy valley and the fate of ‘les juifs’ in the Haute Savoie in WW2 to describe how we have collectively arrived at some serious choices about a Nuclear WW3. Human suffering is a choice but not a necessity in a world where ‘Compassion is the new radicalism.’ The Lighthouse is challenging individual humans to take responsibility for the outputs of our shared human system and to create a more Natural World Order rather than a Nuclear holocaust.
